The machine follows standard XYZ three-axis layout with differentiated drive designs for each axis:

Z Axis (Vertical Feed Axis)
Driven by an AC servo motor, the Z axis is the core of automatic cyclic grinding. It supports rapid vertical traverse and adjustable fine feed to control grinding depth accurately.
The automatic Z-axis grinding cycle works as below: the wheel descends rapidly and slows down when approaching the workpiece, then proceeds through rough grinding, fine grinding and spark-out finishing. Once the cycle finishes, the grinding head lifts automatically back to the starting position, with all processing steps configurable via touchscreen.

Y Axis (Cross Axis)
Motor-driven cross axis supports automatic reciprocating feed and manual fine-tuning via handwheel, enabling flexible lateral stock removal adjustment.
